    1.During the purchase process,my package weight increased drastically!When I went to pick it up,I requested the eGuriro staff to weight again my package so that we can be on the same page when I was charged fairly.The last who supported saw that I had been overbilled by 1.7Kgs.She tried explaining that this is due to the DHL packaging plastic, but this can pass with someone who hasn’t used DHL and who cannot estimate how heavy 1.7Kgs should be.
    2.My advance payment was converted into USD on an exchange rate different from the one they communicated in writing while received my order confirmation. This is robbery even if this can be 1 Rwf

    Two things you may need to introduce or improve.
    1.  Showroom/Dressing room: For some ordered products like clothing some clients will need to figure out whether the outfits fit them or if they look good on them. So, room and mirror would definitely serve this purpose.
    2. Communication: You guys have to instantly pick up clients’ calls. It happened to me that, wanted to come pick up my orders an hour before you closed the office, but no one picked phone, and surprisingly was called the following day.
