Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing time may delay the refund.

Sale Items Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at {email address} and send your item to: Kn 72 st TCB Building 3rd Floor kigali Rwanda.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns To return your product, mail it to: Kn 72 st TCB Building 3rd Floor kigali Rwanda.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping time for exchanged products may vary based on your location. If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
